Description

The National Park Service issued a prospectus on March 28, 2018 under the terms described in the prospectus. The solicitation for proposals is in response to a business opportunity to operate pack station, guided trail rides, and other related services at Cedar Grove Pack Station and Grant Grove Stables within Kings Canyon National Park. Pursuant to 36 C.F.R. Part 51, the Director has determined that there is a preferred offeror for the Draft Contract. The Prospectus is available on the National Park Service Commercial Services website at https://concessions.nps.gov/prospectuses.htm. In order to provide interested parties an opportunity to observe the operation during the operating season, the NPS will host a one day site visit on June 7, 2018. Interested parties must RSVP by June 1, 2018 to Christopher Fryday at the email address below. Questions related to the prospectus must be received in writing via email by June 14, 2018 to Christopher Fryday at the email address below. Interested parties are encouraged to join the Prospectus mailing list to be notified of any future modifications or correspondence by emailing Christopher Fryday, Financial Analyst, at chris_fryday@nps.gov. Any proposals must be received by the National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Attn: Commercial Services Office, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California 94104 no later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) on August 15, 2018.
