Description

Draft Statement of Work (SOW) This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. No solicitation is available at this time. A Sources Sought was previously posted to FBO.gov for this requirement on 03/19/2018 under #N3904018RCTBD. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price requirement for discrete touch labor support of Deck Tilers and appropriate supervision to accomplish the Reinstallation of Interior Deck Tile, Wet Decks, in Forward Compartments, Upper Level, Middle Level, and Lower Level aboard a USS Submarine (approximately 5,000 square feet of interior deck tile and 844 square feet of wet decks). These services shall be performed at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME. See the attached draft Statement of Work for more information; The final SOW and Manning Table will be made available at a future date along with the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Solicitation N3904018Q0188 is expected to be issued on or around 20-APRIL-2018. This requirement will likely be procured as a Small Business Set-Aside action under NAICS code 336611, Ship Building and Repairing; The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees.
