- FA8770-RFI-18-IMLCI Ref B) Air Force Materiel Command Manual (AFMCMAN) 23-3 14 SEP 2010 - Materiel Management Cataloging and Standardization FA8770-RFI-18-IMLCI Ref A) National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-37 rev 1 - Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems FA8770-RFI-18-IMLCI: Request for Information, Attachment A, and References C, D, E, F, G and H FA8770-RFI-18-IMLCI seeks to gather information on capabilities in the marketplace to provide Information Technology Services for the Item Master Logistics Capability Initiative for the Business & Enterprise Systems Directorate of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HIQ), including comprehensive Item Catalog and Provisioning functions for the AFLogistics business community. The solution must interoperate and interface with other legacy and modernized Air Force and DoD systems. It must be capable of utilizing diverse data that may require protection under security and/or privacy laws and regulations. The solution should have the ability to authenticate and perform role-based authorization in response to dynamic policies and emergent conditions. Likewise, the solution must be capable of being assessed and authorized under the Risk Management Framework at a (Moderate, Moderate, and Moderate) level.
