- Surveillance Testing of MK7 Mod 1 Gas Grain Generators (Quantity - 54 each). The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Surveillance Testing of MK7 Mod 1 Gas Grain Generators (Quantity - 54 each). This requirement is sole sourced to General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), 6658 Route 148, Marion, IL 62959-6389 due to unique capability. General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) is the only source with the expertise to complete this testing. General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems owns the processes, tooling, and prior actual firing test data that are required to perform the required survlliance testing. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, any firms believing that they can provide the service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the testing without causing programmatic hardship to the program. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Respond to Susan Wigfield, by mail to Commander, NAWCWPNS, Code 254620D, Attn: Susan Wigfield, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108, or by email to: susan.wigfield@navy.mil. Electronic delivery of quotations are preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Written responses shall be submitted no later than 15 days from this notice date. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
