THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339113. The William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital located in Madison, WI, has a need for a Brand Name or Equal for Medical Device Dryer with Single Door Dryer Pass-Through. Cenerion is the manufacturer for the ThermaSure Dryer. All name Brand Sellers/Resellers must provide an Authorized Dealer Letter. Specifications/salient characteristics: Medical Device Dryer with Single Door Pass Through, 120V Dimensions: 26 W x 25 D x 78 H Internal Volume 20 cubic feet Programmable user interface allowing for either continuous drying or specifically timed cycles. Operations/Service Manual Two year Warranty: 100% Coverage on Parts and Labor Programmable user interface with temperature and cycle time selection, and automatic filter change alert. Clear doors, but not glass that swing open fully for easy loading and unloading Stainless Steel half width shelves (13.2 x 20 ) each bears up to 40 pounds Robust stainless steel shelves. Can hold 10 half-width or 9 full with shelves. HEPA filter system, 120V Tube Drying Rack, 120V (holds up to 61 tubes) Scope holder Assembly All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Company name.
