This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, dated November 6, 2017. Solicitation # 36C26218Q0470 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award from this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238390 Other Building Finishing Contractors, and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard is $15 million for this procurement. This procurement will be issued as a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The Government is seeking a Contractor to furnish all drawings, labor, materials, supplies, tool, equipment, and qualified personnel to re-face all exterior Trespa Toplab W85-02 Pear panels, re-face all interior with Formica Amber Maple 7012-58, re-face the desktop with Wilsonart Sandy Topaz 4862K-07, and add Avonite Palermo F1-9144 solid surface transaction tops and fabricate/install new drawers and cubbies. Services performed shall conform to industry standards and will be performed at/for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS). Contractor shall adhere to all VA directives and policies regarding building finishing trade work, local, state, Federal and all other applicable laws / regulations. Place of Performance: VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS) at the following address: 11201 Benton Street. Bldg.: 1, 4th Floor NW Corner. Loma Linda, CA. 92357. Period of Performance: Upon Contract Award; NTE 3 months. STATEMENT OF WORK AND CRITERIA FOR TITLE: Priority Remodel of Nurse Stations for 4NW. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Currently the nurses stations in 4NW needs remodeled and is an infection control issue for nurses, doctors, veterans and visitors due to the laminate being broken and the exposed particle board will harbor bacteria. The services shall also comply with all VA, local, state, and Federal policies and regulations. Contractor awarded must obtain an infection control permit with the Infection Control Staff to mitigate dust by use of barriers and negative pressure.
