The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price, Base Year and Four Option Years, contract to Psychological Resources Inc. dba Wolf Consulting because we believe they are the sole source provider for psychological assessment services for the VA NORTHERN CALIFORNA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. A draft of the statement of work is attached. If you believe that your company is authorized to provide the psychological assessment services in accordance with the statement of work, please provide your information to angela.gerlitzki@va.gov by March 30, 2018. The applicable NAICS Code is 541611 and the size standard is $15 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
