Description

This document represents formal notice of the Social Security Administration's intent to procure 12 months of maintenance of VPS, Site License, on a sole source basis from Levi, Ray, & Shoup, Inc. There are no authorized resellers. The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). The Government anticipates award of a single, firm-fixed priced contract with a one-year period of performance. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Period of Performance 04/01/2018 to 03/31/2019.
