Description
Non-Disclosure Agreement Pre-proposal Conference Information: A pre-proposal conference for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Western Currency Facility (WCF) Expansion (W9126G18R0066) will be held on April 16, 2018, from 1230 CST to 1500 CST at 9000 Blue Mound Road in Fort Worth, Texas, 76131. All contractors interested in participating in this event must submit a notification of interest along with a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to both USACE POCs no later than April 12, 2018. Upon receipt of the NDAs, additional project information will be provided to include upcoming project milestone dates. Individuals who do not submit notification of interest and NDA by April 12, 2018, or provide valid government issued ID upon arrival may be denied entrance onto BEP property and participation in the conference. Upon conclusion of the conference in the auditorium, participants will ride the tram back to the transfer station to be processed out to the public tours parking lot. Interested parties should arrive at the public tours entrance parking lot, just north of the main employee entrance on Blue Mound Road. A general project overview will be given by BEP project managers, followed by the opportunity to participate in a tour via the BEP tour trams around the outside perimeter of the facility. Based on the number of responses, the number of persons from each company may be limited to three (3) based on resources available for the BEP tram perimeter tour. Valid Government issued ID is required for participation on the tour, and no cell phones or photography equipment will be allowed past the security gates. After the perimeter tour, parties will assemble at the BEP auditorium for a more thorough explanation of project details. All questions concerning the project will be recorded and answered through bidder inquiries submitted through ProjNet, when the project is solicited. Contractors should bring their own supplies for identifying their table and personnel.
