- This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5865-00-007-6951, Coupler Assembly. The requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The approved source is: Anaren, Inc. (CAGE 31597) PN: 578R568H04 / Rodelco Electronics Corp (CAGE 59926) PN: 578R568H04 / Cobham Advanced Electronic (CAGE 96341) PN: 578R568H04 / Northrop Grumman Systems (CAGE 97942) PN: 578R568H04 / R.H. Laboratories, Inc. (CAGE 1UJ73) PN: 578R568H04. Export Controlled, Critical Application Item, Higher Quality Requirement. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a completed Source Approval Request (SAR) package. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 25 each per base year and each option year. Surge requirements do not apply. Required delivery is 144 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal(RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
