- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: VT City: Burlington Delineated Area: North: Pearl Street East: South Winooski Avenue South: Main Street West: Battery Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,091 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,446 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface) 2 Parking Spaces (Structured) 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The offered space cannot be located on the first floor Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be based on the results of the RESPONSES to this ADVERTISEMENT and additional market research (e.g., costar database searches, gsa listing files, etc.).
