- NSN 3110-00-929-3685, Bearing, Ball, Annular. Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) in accordance with FAR 13.5. The IDPO contains a 3-year base period and 2 option years. The item description contains sources Triumph Engine Control Systems, CAGE 11599, P/N 41190 and MPB Corporation DBA Timken, CAGE 40920, P/N W936-000. The solicitation is Unrestricted. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 76 days after receipt of order. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 84 each for the base and option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation closing date is April 5, 2018. The date is subject to change.
