Prospective Offerors may submit questions pertaining to this draft RFP to the Contract Specialist at blake.l.mcilvane.civ@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer at eric.c.hertl.civ@mail.mil. All questions pertaining to the Draft RFP must be submitted no later than April 23, 2018. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 18, 2018 from 0800-1600 at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. To ensure adequate space is available, each contractor is limited to three representatives. Attendees shall pre-register providing the attendees' names, company name, a Point of Contact (POC) for the company with phone number, and email address via email to the Contract Specialist listed above no later than 2:00 PM on April 9, 2018. If you are a Foreign National, this must be indicated in your response. If questions arise during the pre-proposal conference, the Government requests that all questions be submitted in writing. If a question is asked prior to and during the pre-proposal conference, it will be compiled and a list of all questions and answers will be posted on a future notice. Any question submitted prior to the Industry Day needs to be submitted no later than April 09, 2018. Interested parties that are not able to attend the pre-proposal conference can request the briefing from the Contract Specialist. Pre-proposal conference briefing slides with the particulars of the even, will be provided at a later date but prior to April 18, 2018.
