Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR IONM SERVICES COLUMBIA, MO VAMC The Department of Veterans Affairs Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, Columbia, MO intends to solicit proposals from contractors to provide Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring (IONM) services for the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital (Columbia VAMC) located at 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO 65201. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about March 31, 2018, with a closing date for quotes on or about April 20, 2018. The solicitation will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. Description of Services: This will be a non-personnel services Firmed Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity IDIQ contract, Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Subpart 16.5 Indefinite-Delivery Contracts, Sub Part 19.5 Set A-Sides for Small Businesses. The Contractor shall provide Board Certified Neurophysiologic Technologist to perform Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) services on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Columbia VA Medical Center. Services shall be provided by Contractor technicians and shall be overseen by the Attending Surgeon. NAICS Code 621399 Office of all other Misc. Health Practitioners with a small business size standard of $7.5M. The solicitation will be issued as a Competitive set-aside and under 38 USC 8127 s Rule of Two procedures. All contractors meeting the VOSB criteria may submit proposals which shall be considered by the Agency. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Required Central Contractor Registration and in accordance with FAR 2.101, Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 802.101, VetBiz Registration, prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in VetBiz databases under the applicable NAICS. Firms may obtain CCR information under the System for Awards Management (www.sam.gov) and Vet Biz information at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at www.sam.gov. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award.
