Description

This is the sole source justification. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) to Onyx Spectrum Technology for an Aurora Chassis WAN Multiserver System. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit documentation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 10:00AM PST, 30 March 2018 that are equivalent to the Aurora Chassis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
