- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: McClellan Delineated Area: N: Elkhorn Blvd S: I-80 E:Watt Ave W: Dry Creek Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA/USF) : 6,000 USF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA/USF) : 9,990 USF Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: [ …… ] Additional Requirements: Given the urgency of the need the offered building must already be built. Warehouse Clear Height minimum: 18 Ft Warehouse Clear Span minimum: 16 Ft The offered space must have a loading dock or capability for a hydraulic lift in lieu of dock. Spaces must have clear ingress and egress for a 72’ truck. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. Please submit written documentation from the building owner evidencing your authority to represent the building ownership in response to Solicitation 6CA1064. The authorization should also specify the extent of your authority, i.e., whether you are authorized to permit a tour of the building, are authorized to sign all documents submitted to the government, including the lease documents, and whether you are authorized to negotiate an offer with the government.
