Description

The Veteran Affairs Durham VAMC, located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina will be soliciting offers for The Durham VAMC to assess all VISN 6 Human Resource Assessment (HR) departments ability to procure NARA approved storage space for Medical, Dental, Community Living Center, Dialysis, Radiology, Ophthalmology, Agent Orange, Flow Sheet, Administrative and Community Based Outpatient Center (CBOC) records, delivery of medical records/federal records, refiling of medical records/federal records, Image on Demand (IOD) services, inventory services, record destruction services, Indexing into CPRS/VISTA and scanning services from a selected contractor for the Durham VA Health Care System located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC, 27705. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24618Q03054 will be issued on or about March 22, 2018. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is April 1, 2018 (or date of award) through March 31,2022 for a base and three option year periods. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 493110 Professional and Management Development Training with a Small Business Size Standard of $27.5M million. The classification code is R699. The solicitation will be issued as an Unrestricted Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) requirement. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
