Solicitation Number 24322618R0013 - Attachment 1 Solicitation Number 24322618R0013 The United States Office of Personnel Management invites you to submit a proposal in response to Solicitation Number 24322618R0013 to provide Federal Employees Health Benefits Program Plan Performance Assessment Services. Please see the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) and Attachment 1 for complete information. For information about any aspect of this RFP, you must only contact the individual listed on Standard Form 1449, Page 1, Block 7a. Accordingly, you must direct all communications to the Contracting Officer, Cheryl D. Allen, via e-mail at Cheryl.Allen@opm.gov. We must receive all RFP questions or issues requiring clarification in writing no later than March 30, 2018, 3:00 P.M. Local Time. We will answer all questions or issues requiring clarification we receive by March 30, 2018, 3:00 P.M. Local Time and include them in an amendment to this RFP, which we will post on the FBO website at https://www.fbo.gov. You must clearly phrase your questions and reference the applicable RFP section number when possible. You must e-mail all RFP questions or issues requiring clarification to Cheryl D. Allen, Contracting Officer, at Cheryl.Allen@opm.gov. You are responsible for confirming receipt of any electronic mail. Offerors must submit their proposals via e-mail to Cheryl D. Allen, Contracting Officer, at Cheryl.Allen@opm.gov. You are responsible for confirming receipt your e-mail. As specified on the Standard Form 1449, Page 1, Block 8, we must receive all proposals by April 20, 2018, 3:00 P.M. Local Time.
