The Tavern is a reconstruction (ca. 1966) of the pre-civil war site structure that stood on this site. The scope of work includes: accessibility upgrades (site work, porch reframing and expanded door openings); structural mitigation; window, door, finishes repairs, installation of a PV array and associated electrical work and the removal/replacement of a fire alarm and suppression system.
