- Statement of work The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center has a requiremetn fo rthe following service agreement: *Gas Systems Services Prospective offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to "Medical-Gas-Cylinders" The Statement of Work (SOW) comprise of all information requirements The Government anticipants in awarding a single fixed priced requiement type contract for a base year with four year option renewals, contingent upon existing requirements of teh Government avialable of funds, and satisfactory performance during the base year. The estimated term of the agreement is not to exceed five (5) years. Prospective Offerors are required to submit proposals and quotes by either: 1.
