- Miller proheat and other items This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NSWCCD intends to solicit a full and open competitive basis solicitation for brand name items: 1. Miller Proheat 35 with temperature control 460-575 Volt, part # 907271 1 each 2. Induction cooler with coolant part # 951142 1 each 3. Running Gear preheat 35 part # 195436 1 each 4. Output cable liquid cooled preheat part # 195402 2 each 5. Liquid cooled heating cable part # 300045 2 each 6. Heating cable preheat cover 30 foot part # 204611 2 each 7. Temp sensor part # 200202 6 each 8. Cable extension 25' type K armored part # 200201 (See supporting statement-of-work attachment) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested under RFQ N00167-18-Q-0039. The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code 532490 and the business size standard is 432.5 MIL This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect, through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-96 dated 06 November 2017 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS DPN 20171228) SEE ATTACHED FILE FOR CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS. Evaluation Factors (in order of importance) 1. Detailed specifications match- Offerors must quote for the item(s) required and list the specifications of each item requested. 2. Price - Offerors must include all applicable costs that reflect the items listed in the solicitation. 3. Questions will be accepted up to 1400 hours on 22 March 2018. Questions/clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to: cynthia.springs@navy.mil. Quote packages are due by 29 March 2018 by 12 PM EST. Late quotes will not be considered.
