- The purpose of this amendment to the presolicitation notice for Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program Plan Performance Assessment Services is as follows: (1) Extend the anticipated date for issuing the Request for Proposals (RFP), (2) Add information regarding the proposal due date, and (3) Add information regarding possible conflicts of interest. Accordingly, the presolicitation notice is amended as follows: 1.We are extending the anticipated date for issuing the RFP from on or about March 12, 2018 to by March 23, 2018. 2.We will state the proposal due date in the RFP. 3.Performing data collection for FEHB carrier(s) does not preclude an otherwise qualified party from performing the FEHB Program Plan Performance Assessment Services. However, the Office of Personnel Management may request additional information, including a mitigation plan, to protect any existing or possible conflicts of interest. Such parties should disclose all relevant information in their proposals. Except as provided above, all other information regarding the presolicitation notice remains unchanged.
