Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement NCO 16, Division II Supply Team, Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks is seeking to award an Open Market Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.106 for the Purchase of an Ellex Eye Cubed ABD Eye Imaging System. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 339115, Ophthalmic Supplies and Equipment Manufacturing. This is a Total Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must have active VOSB registration in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. This is a Name Brand Procurement of OEM Ellex Eye Cubed ABD (See Attached Brand Name Limited Sources Justification) In order to qualify for award, firms must be the OEM or provide in writing from the OEM authorization to distribute the OEM s equipment. Specifications/Characteristics: Must be compatible with the equipment, infrastructure, and supplies already in use in the VHSO Eye Clinics. VHSO has equipped each of our exam rooms at Fayetteville, AR Mount Vernon, Missouri and Branson, Missouri with identical equipment to help maximize our efficiency, allowing our providers and residents to move seamlessly from room to room and from clinic to clinic. Must allow direct comparison to images taken at other VHSO sites in order to follow disease progression. Posterior Segment Visualization B-Scan UBM Wide-Field Anterior Segment B-Scan Axial Length Biometry A-Scan Standardized Diagnostic Biometry A-Scan Customized configuration: Customized Configuration of A-Scan and B-Scan modes Ability to capture 20 second movies High speed Imaging: Acquisition rate of up to 25 frames per second Minimum 40 Mhz UBM Wide Field Antermir Segment B-Scan Mode This RFQ closes on 2April 2018 at NOON Central Time.
