Description

SOLE SOURCE: SynopsisL INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1) (i), "Only one responsible source" based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the products and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with CVENT, 1765 Greensboro Station Place, 7th Floor, Tysons Corner, VA 22102 for: CVENT Management License Software :-with a Base plus one option year. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 03/20/2018 by 16:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to patricialee.a.pomarico.civ@mail.mil. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-MAR-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
