Description

Project Number 550-17-104: Facilities Master Plan at the VA Illiana Health Care System located in Danville, Illinois. Brief Synopsis: The purpose of the facility master plan study is to review current strategic planning documents and develop a VAIHCS Strategic Plan Update, incorporating applicable data from previous Integrated Master Market Plan (Leo A. Daly) and 20/20 Vision Path, review capital asset program documents and develop a new VAIHCS 10-Year Capital Asset Management Plan (CAMP), and perform a Non-Recurring Maintenance (NRM) Project Study and Physical Security Risk and Vulnerability Assessment for pre-selected projects and facilities. Develop planning assumptions based on information gathered from document reviews, site visits, stakeholder interviews, and facility planning charrette meetings.
