Description

This sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Mi 48106 to identify other sources that are capable of providing residential treatment services as part the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Program for chronically homeless male veterans, beneficiaries of the Battle Creek VAMC. The contractor shall provide housing, and supporting services to Homeless Veterans with special needs with or without their families in community-based Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) facilities within the city limits of Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. In addition, this notice specifically includes soliciting for Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC/Sex Offenders), as well as Prison Reentry, and Substance Use Disorder programs. The requirement is for a facility with 14 beds. Facility to be located within the city limits of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Period of performance: 5 year multiple year contract.
