Description

General Waste Service Iowa City, IA VA Health Care System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 36C26318Q0311 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. The VA anticipates one fixed price service contract award for service taking place at the following location; Iowa City VA Health Care System 601 Highway 6 W Iowa City, IA 52246-2208 Additional requirements are listed within the attached solicitation document titled Solicitation 36C26318Q0311. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award (www.sam.gov). Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors offering this service via NAICS code 562111. A list of the contract line items, quantity, and unit of measure are listed within the attached solicitation documentation. Quotes are due to the Contracting Office no later than March 23, 2018 at 5:00 PM CDT. Quotes are required to be emailed to scott.morrison2@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received in its entirety by the Contracting Officer before the solicitation closing.
