- Contractor Invoice MSDS Pricing Schedule Statement of Work Offeror Information Page Instructions to Offerors Additional Clauses SF-1449 Continuation SF-1449 The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for proper chemical/pharmaceutical packaging, marking, labeling, transportation, storage, and disposal services in the Southern District of Georgia. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for chemical/pharmaceutical packaging, marking, labeling, transportation, storage, and disposal services in the Southern District of Georgia.
