Description

This notice is an issuance of a combine synopsis/solicitation, 36C24418Q0373, the Lebanon VA Medical Center has a need for surgical scrubs cleaning and management services that are hygienically clean and managed within the required guidelines listed below. This requirement is intended as a long-term solution to satisfy the continuous need to keep a stable, safe healthcare environment for care of the Veteran-patient. The issue date is 3/15/2018 and the close date is 3/29/2018. The requirement is set-aside for small businesses. The small business must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award. When submitting your bid make sure you include Company name and address, P.O.C. telephone number, email, DUNS and TAX ID numbers.
