Description

Statement of Work for Exodus Bus Services 2018 in Sheppard AFB, TX THIS IS ONLY A SOURCES SOUGHT. DO NOT POST OR SEND PROPOSALS Sheppard Air Force Base (Wichita Falls), Texas is seeking concessionaires interested in providing services in coordinating and providing bus services to transport personnel from Sheppard AFB, TX to Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL), and Oklahoma City (OKC), as well as return transportation from same airports to Sheppard AFB, TX. This process is referred to as Holiday Exodus and is the mass departure of technical training airmen over a 24-48 hour period as needed according to travel trends and troop levels at the time of the Exodus period. Contractor will procure and maintain at its own expense the following insurance covering all phases of its business conducted in accordance with the provisions of this contract, and will furnish the contracting officer with a current certificate of insurance. Contractor will have Third Party Public Liability Insurance with a minimum combined single limit of $5,000,000 for bodily injury and property damage. The concessionaire shall pay the Government a percentage of gross sales.
