Description

Map #3 Map #2 Map #1 Statement of Need Request for Quote The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for the procurement of Smoke Test Sewage Lines for Beale AFB. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220. The size standard, as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement, is $15M. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, DPN 20171228, and AFAC 2017-1003. This Request for Quote is being issued as a 100 percent HUBZone small business set-aside. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Offerors may register at www.sam.gov. A DUNS (Duns and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register.
