- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to answer RFIs: 1.If a project included in Criterion 1 and Criterion 3 was completed as the MEP sub-consultant, is it acceptable to include the ACASS evaluation given to the prime architect as evidence of past performance since the rating is for the team as whole? Response: Yes, that will be acceptable. 2. If an ACASS rating is not available and a PPQ is submitted, does the government prefer a PPQ directly from the client/Owner or is a PPQ completed by the Prime Architect acceptable? Response: We prefer a PPQ directly from the client/owner.
