- SCOPE OF WORK This project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and dispose of existing bathroom fixtures including toilets, urinal, sinks, shower stalls, wainscot, wall base, baseboard heaters, subfloor, and vinyl flooring. Install new toilets, sinks and faucets, shelf/cabinets, vanities, shower stalls, wainscot, subfloor, vinyl flooring, wall base, wall heaters and paint. PROJECT LOCATION Project is located at the Newport and Sullivan Lake Ranger District Offices. Bldg. #1325 is located at 1315 North Warren Street, Newport, WA 99156 Bldg. #1322 is located at 12641 Sullivan Lake Road, Metaline Falls, WA 99153 No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. Project quoters are advised to visit the project site prior to submitting a quote. GOVERNMENT ESTIMATE The Government's estimated for the remodel of one of the bathroom in building #1325 is less than $25,000. There are 3 more bathrooms that could be remodel and will be listed in the Solicitation as Optional Items. The Government's estimated for the remodel of all 4 bathroom is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. A Payment Bonding will be required for any contract over $35,000. The solicitation will be posted around March 27th 2018. The desired start of work is October 1st 2018 with a contract duration of 45 days.
