Description

STATEMENT OF WORK Project Title: Hand Dryers Installation, Waco, TX Building 90 Member Services (MS) Part 1 General 1.1 Scope: This contract is to provide ten (10) hand-dryer equipment and connection to restrooms (5 men and 5 women) that will apply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, SHA §1910.141(d)(2)(iv), employers are responsible for providing safe and healthful workplaces for their employees at Building 90 in Waco, TX. 1.2 Location: Site of the requirement is the basement floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor at Member Services Building 90 in Waco, TX. The respective address is: Member Services Waco 4800 Memorial Drive, Building 90 Waco, TX 76711 1.3 Period of Performance: The installation should be concluded by 3/1/2018. Part 2 Requirements 2.1 Ship, install, and connect 10 (each) compatible hand dryers at, Building 90, Waco, TX. Please provide all labor, parts, and materials to allow hand dryers at Building 90, Waco, TX. The hand dryers will be installed and connected to existing facility electrical system infrastructure according to building code. The hand dryers must all be of the same make and model. It must be able to dry hands within 8 - 12 seconds, clean air, reduce bad smell, and sanitize surfaces, all at a reduced noise level of 79 Decibels or lower. The hand dryers must be able to destroy airborne germs, mold and viruses. It must be capable of removing most washroom odors by continuously disinfecting the air. The hand dryers must contain Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) as a sterilization method to break down micro-organisms by removing their reproductive capabilities and effectively destroying them. Restroom hand dryers will enhance the quality of health of our call center employees (staff) and visitors in Building 90 facilities. Hand Dryer Description Hand Dryer with the following features and salient characteristics: 10 (each) hand dryers Suitable for restrooms 10M2 in size Cleans air, reduces bad smell, sanitizes surfaces, and reduced noise of 79 decibels or lower Stainless steel Wall mountable Motion sensor/Infrared automatic, self-adjusting Touch free capacitive sensor activation Hand dry time measurement: 10-12 seconds (Measurement based on NSF Protocol P.335) Sound power level: No higher than 79 dB (A) Sound pressure level @ 2 m: 63 dB(A) ¹ Airspeed at aperture: 245 mph to 430 mph Maximum altitude: 2,000 meters / 6,561 ft. Operating temperature range: 0 °C-40 °C / 32 °F-104 °F Odor control: Cleans air and reduces bad smells Sanitizes Surfaces Area (footage) coverage: 10M2 Stainless Steel Capable to reduce/eliminate airborne germs 5 year or best standard factory warranty available 1 year base year warranty w/ 4 Option Years Period of service and maintenance (End of Page)
