- This solicitation is listed for the Roofing MATOC Contractors ONLY, listed in contracts W912QR-14-D-0031 thru W912QR-14-D-0038. The Scope of Work covers Re-Roofing projects at facilities located in the 88th RSC area of responsibility. Each RSC has an Army Reserve Installation Management (ARIM) office that has the overall responsibility of maintenance and repairs to all facilities within the RSC. Coordination with the RSC ARIM offices is critical to the successful execution of these Task Orders. Scheduling work within an RSC shall be through a USACE Field Representative that is assigned to oversee all projects in this Task Order.
