Page 1 of 1 This is a request for potential vendors to respond to this sources sought notice to determine the market for a 10 minute response, Emergency Ambulance Services for the Topeka, VAMC The Veterans Administration is seeking to award a contract for Emergency Ambulance Services located: 2200 Gage BLVD Topeka KS 66622 The purpose of this requirement is to furnish 24-hour, full service paramedic and emergency ambulance services to include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advance Life Support (ALS) and Critical Care Transport (CCT) ambulance transportation services for the beneficiaries of the Eastern Kansas Healthcare System (EKHCS) at Topeka, KS within 10 minutes of contact. This will involve trips to and from any location within the Primary Service Area (PSA) of the EKHCS and beyond, as appropriate. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment and reports necessary to cover all ground ambulance services as identified in the Schedule Contractor shall provide socioeconomic status and classification (SDVOSB, SB, VOSB, etc.) The NAISC Code is 621910 and the small business size standard is $15 Million Dollars. All interested vendors should provide a response before 19 March, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
