Description

The proposed project scope includes the Contractor furnishing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, maintenance and transportation necessary to provide the leasing (to include the general maintenance of the structure) of a one-story relocatable facility and tension fabric structure, to include the removal of the facilities upon completion of the contract term. The lease relocatable facility is 1,680 square feet which excludes the thickness of the exterior walls. The tension fabric structure is 23,250 square feet.
