Description

The United States Property and Fiscal Office of Wisconsin, Camp Douglas, WI intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisitions Procedures to HDT Expeditionary Systems Inc., 30500 Aurora Rd. Suite 100, Solon, OH 44139, Per the Manufacture DRASH Products, HDT Expeditionary Systems Inc. Is the only authorized supplier for the following: QTY 1- Trailer chassis for military SICPS trailer/system to include freight. Model # HP-2C/185 Part # T215125T In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR Part 13.106-1(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
