Description

Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of the Asheville VA Medical Center is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice to seek qualified vendors for Radiopharmaceuticals and associated supplies (see attached list of projected Radiopharmaceuticals). Potential vendors must be capable of providing all the technical requirements (See Technical Requirements attachment). The Government intends to award a Contract on or about October 1, 2018 for this requirement. However, the Government reserves the right to change the time period, requirement and/or cancel this requirement without further notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, Size Standard 1,250 Employees. Interested parties are required to submit a Capabilities Statement that address the Technical Requirements, the attached Questionnaire, and provide Proof of Verification as a SDVOSB/VOSB (if applicable). The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Please email requested information to gina.kern@va.gov no later than 2:00 PM EDT April 9, 2018. Phone inquiries will not be accepted. Reference 36C24618Q9121 on all email correspondence. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 431201(a) Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at the System for Award Management (SAM) as a part of required registration in conjunction with FAR 4.1102(a) that states, Prospective contractors shall be registered in the (SAM) database prior to award of a contract or agreement.
