Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement NCO 16, Division II Supply Team, Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks is seeking to award an Open Market Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.106 for the Purchase of Probe Storage Cabinets. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 339113, Surgical Appliance Supplies and Equipment Manufacturing. This is a Total Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must have active registration in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. This is a Procurement New Equipment. In order to qualify for award, firms must be the OEM or provide in writing from the OEM authorization to distribute the OEM s equipment. One Cabinet to be delivered to Fayetteville VA Medical Center, Two Cabinets to be delivered to the Sprinfield, MO CBOC See Delivery Schedule. Specifications for Probe Storage Cabinets TEE Probe cabinet shall have 3-probe capacity Vaginal/Rectal Probe cabinet shall have 6-probe capacity Continuous flow of air pressure Locking Door HEPA filtration Power: 110-120 VAC 60Hz, 15A Hospital Grade GFCI receptacle External Dimensions: Max Height 88, max width p 25, max depth 10 Delivery Item 1 and 3 Deliver to Springfield, MO CBOC; Item 2 Deliver to VHSO Fayetteville, AR (see delivery schedule.) Market Research found the CIVCO Models 610-1323 and 610-1327 to satisfy the requirement, as well as Airclean Models ACTE03 and ACVR06. This RFQ closes on 13 March 2018 at NOON Central Time.
