- Brand Name Justification RFQ for Orion Radio Control System 35th Contracting Squadron USAF Misawa Air Base, Japan FA520518QB010, Orion Radio Control System REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA520518QB010; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-96, DPN 20171228, and AFAC 2017-1003. This acquisition is a BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT.
