U.S. Government United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State:Columbus, IN County: Bartholomew County Delineated Area: North: W 500 N, US31, 400 N, River Road, County Road 500 N, Marr Road, 450 North East: Talley Road, 25th Street, Taylor Road, National Road, Clifty Creek South: Clifty Creek, S Gladstone Ave, Kreutzer Drive, Beatty Lane, State Street, 2nd Street, SR46 Jonathan Moore Pike, West: I65 Please see attached map for detailed delineated area. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,100 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,100 Rentable Square Feet (RSF):Not to exceed 3,720 Space Type:Office and Warehouse Space Parking Spaces (Total):41 on site paved surface parking spaces Full Term:15 years Firm Term:2 years firm Termination Rights:120 days in whole or in part Option Term:n/a Additional Requirements: •Pull through parking for larger trucks and vehicles. •750 SF of warehouse space located in an indoor facility/building. •Warehouse space must have a garage door or entry way that is at least 12 feet in width to accommodate storage.
