Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC) in Shreveport, LA., has a need for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nursing Assistants (NA). Contractor s personnel shall perform on-site nursing services as needed for varying periods of time and in various areas of the Medical Center in Shreveport, LA and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Texarkana, TX, Monroe, LA, and Longview, TX, and, based on their qualifications, may be required to work in areas of the highest need on the date of their scheduled shifts, specifically Medical Surgical units. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary travel, labor, material, supplies, tools, equipment, documentation, and qualified personnel to provide Nursing and Nursing Assistant support or services for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is proposed. Acquisition is being procured Open Market under Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses set aside, applicable NAICS code 621399 Temporary Help Services, size standard $7.5M. Solicitation to be available on or about 13 March 2018 with proposals due approximately 14 days from the issue date, 3:00pm central time. All questions FOLLOWING issuance of solicitation to be submitted via email within seven (7) calendar days after issuance to thomas.kovarovic@va.gov, using 36C25618Q0435 in the subject line (no telephone requests will be responded to). Answers to questions will be provided via solicitation amendment.
