Description

The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio has a requirement for Medical Transportation (Ambulette) Service. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, vehicles, vehicle maintenance, documentation, reports, medical personnel and supervision necessary to provide Ambulette service for beneficiaries of the Community Based Outpaitent Clinic locations. Contractor shall furnish vehicles sufficient to provide full and complete coverage for pick-up and delivery of all veteran patients requiring transport by ambulette to/from the East Liverpool, Warren and Youngstown Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and shall be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR 6.203. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 485991; size standard $15.0 million per annum. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about March 9, 2018 as a Request for Quote. Responses to the solicitation shall be due by email on April 9, 2018 by 3 pm EST. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments.
