- CBP_El_Cajon_7CA3186_FBO_Ad U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: EL CAJON Delineated Area: N: N. Marshall Ave.; W:Cuyamaca St.; S: Billy Mitchell Dr.; E: N. Marshall Ave. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 25,737 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 27,024 Space Type: Office (12,404 RSF) & Warehouse (14,357 RSF) Parking Spaces (Total): 130 Parking Spaces (Surface): 100 Parking Spaces (Structured): 30 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 84 Firm Term: 60 Soft Term: 24 Option 1 Term: 0 Option 2 Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the one year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (12,404 RSF) & Warehouse (14,357 RSF) and related space in a building under lease in EL CAJON, CA. The current lease will be expiring 07/13/2018. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
