- DoDEA Procurement intends to award a single source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, 10 USC 2302 and FAR 13.106-1(b) to Temple University Japan Campus, 2-8-12 Minami Azabu, Minato-ku Tokyo, Japan 106-0047. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract for participation of 104 students in the Fine Arts Workshop provided by Temple University to include hosting the workshop and two professors providing instruction in Creative Film Production and Creative Expressions/Art, respectively, located in Tokyo Japan, with a period of performance from 29 April 2018 through 4 May 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 611310. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS a not solicitation for competitive proposals. However, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. Oral responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
