Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement NCO 16, Division II Supply Team, Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks is seeking to award an Open Market Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.106 for the Purchase of Ivobase Injector 628518EU. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 339114, Dental Supplies and Equipment Manufacturing. This is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must have active SDVOSB registration in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. This is a Name Brand Procurement of OEM Ivoclar Vivadnet Ivobase Injector (see P. 4 of RFQ) In order to qualify for award, firms must be the OEM or provide in writing from the OEM authorization to distribute the OEM s equipment. Salient characteristics are those characteristics that make an item equal to the brand name item we specify.
