Description

Notice to find sources that can provide this service. Request the reestablishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Sysmex America, Inc. (DUNS #: 021860424/Cage Code #: 09MC6) to replace the current Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Sysmex America, Inc. (BPA # FA3016-16-A-0009) due to expire on 30 April 2018. This BPA is for the Cost per Reportable (CPR) and include the use of equipment, maintenance and service at no additional cost to the Government; Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) and annual advanced operator training; as well as the purchase of reagents and consumables as authorized against the VA Federal Supply Schedule V797D-40235 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC) Laboratory, Armed Services Blood Bank Center - San Antonio ASBBC-SA), and Reid Clinic Laboratory currently use one XN-3000 (to be replaced by XN-3100), one XE-2100D, and one XS-1000i-AL (to be replaced by XN-550 to perform Complete Blood Counts (CBCs) and blood cell morphology studies.
