- Organic Waste SOW Refuse/Recycle PWS Sources Sought Notice identification number: FA4803-18-R-0018 This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for market research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR BID. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The 20th Contracting Squadron on Shaw AFB, SC is conducting market research to identify sources (Small Businesses) that have the knowledge, skills and capability to perform the work identified in the attached Statement of Work. The responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions for this project. Responses are to be sent via email to byron.howard@us.af.mil no later than 2:00 p.m. EDT, 19 Mar, 2018. Description of requirement: See attached Refuse Performance Work Statement (PWS) Additionally, if your business has the capability to meet the refuse/recycling requirement, please also reply if you have the capability to perform the requirement in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for organic waste disposal. If there is a sufficient number of responses with positive capability, the Government may consider combining these requirements in any possible resulting solicitaiton. If there is not sufficent numbers with capability, the Government would consider only waste/recycle in any resulting solicitation. Submission Details: All interested, capable, qualified (under NAICS code 562111) and responsive contractors are encouraged to reply to this market survey request. Interested contractors should submit a narrative demonstrating their experience in projects of similar nature as described above. Narratives shall be no longer than 5 pages. Email responses are required. Please include the following information in your response/narrative: Interested offers shall provide the following information in their Capability Statement: (1) Name of Company (2) Institution or Organization Affiliation (3) Email address and phone number (4) Company's business size and socio-economic status (5) System of Award Management Information (6) Current Schedule or Contract Information (e.g. GSA Schedule, Government IDIQ Award Holder) (7) Interest and ability to meet refuse/recycle or both requirements. (8) Transition Periods needed, if any. (9) Additional information that is pertinent to this requirement that the Government should be aware of. Comments will be shared with the Government and the project management team, but otherwise will be held in strict confidence.
