- Solicitation Number: FA6675-18-R-0001 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: A solicitation is to be released for the renovation of the office area of building 1656 along with an approximate 1,550sf addition. The renovation and addition will include architectural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and structural improvements. The project also includes the existing fire protection pond to be filled and paved for additional parking and incidental related work. Renovations and alterations will be completed in compliance with the A&E produced design specifications and drawings. Project location: Building 1656, NAS Fort Worth, JRB TX 76127. In accordance with FAR Provision 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 with size standard is $36.5 million. Tentative date of solicitation release: 20 March 2018 Estimated construction times: TBD at award in conjunction with proposal Tentative closing date for Proposals: 19 April 2016 at 1200 PM Central Time In accordance with FAR 6.203 this acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside Contract type: Firm Fixed Price All inquiries shall be via email only.
